Our Story

Four cocktails on a wooden table with a flower arrangement in a glass jar in the background. The drinks include a yellow cocktail, a red cocktail with a foam top, a pale yellow cocktail with a garnish, and a dark-colored drink with ice.
Lost Cultures Tea Bar is a non-alcoholic beverage bar rooted in tea culture, fermentation, and intentional hospitality.
We serve single-origin teas, kombucha, house made tonics, and culinary mocktails built using techniques like cold extraction, infusion, and botanical blending. Our menu is designed to explore flavor with the same care and creativity found in a kitchen — layered, thoughtful, and always evolving.
Lost Cultures was created as a space for connection. A place to slow down, meet a friend, attend a tasting, or discover a drink you’ve never experienced before. Everything we serve is alcohol-free, not as a limitation, but as an invitation — to gather more mindfully, to savor more deeply, and to engage with what’s in the glass and who’s across the table.
We believe beverages can carry culture, ritual, and meaning. Our goal is simple: to offer beautiful drinks, in a welcoming space, for a community that values presence, creativity, and connection.

Meet the Founder

Lost Cultures Tea Bar was founded by Ryan Brown, a beverage professional focused on tea culture, fermentation, and non-alcoholic hospitality.

Ryan created Lost Cultures out of a desire to explore what social spaces could look like beyond alcohol — spaces rooted in craft, presence, and intentional connection. Drawing from culinary techniques and global tea traditions, the menu is built as an evolving beverage program rather than a fixed set of drinks.

The goal has always been simple — to create beautiful drinks, in a welcoming space, for people who want to gather with intention.
